By accessing CVision or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.
CVision is a SaaS platform that analyses your CV files using artificial intelligence technologies, evaluates ATS compatibility, measures career fit, and provides personalised improvement suggestions. The service is provided "as is".
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date.
You must protect your account security and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
A single person may not create more than one free account.
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
Uploading or analysing someone else's CV without permission
Overloading the service with automated tools (bots, scrapers)
Testing the security of the system or exploiting vulnerabilities
Uploading misleading, harmful, or illegal content
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent quota limits
The CV files and content you upload belong to you. You grant CVision only the limited licence necessary to provide the service. Your CV content is not used for advertising, training data, or any other purpose. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
CVision runs on credits; there is no recurring subscription. Every new account is granted free credits, and further free credits are added weekly while the balance stays below a set limit. Actions such as an analysis, a job-description match or a generated cover letter deduct credits from your balance; the current cost of each is published on the pricing page.
Additional credits are sold as one-off packs. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record; your card details are never stored on our servers. As there is no recurring subscription, there is nothing to cancel. Purchased credits do not expire. Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record under its own terms; you can also reach us at our support address.
Analysis results, scores, career suggestions, and improvement recommendations produced by CVision are generated automatically by AI models. These results are for informational purposes only; they do not guarantee the outcome of a job application or employment. No warranty is given regarding the accuracy of the results.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service, add or remove features, or change pricing without prior notice. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
CVision accepts no liability for service interruptions, data loss, consequences of decisions made based on AI analysis results, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the settings page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
