CVision ("we", "service") is an AI-powered CV analysis platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our service, how we process it, and your rights. We act as data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Name, surname and email address, collected during registration, used for authentication and communication.
The PDF files you upload are processed for AI analysis. Files are stored in encrypted storage and used solely to generate your analysis results. They are not shared with third parties.
ATS scores, keyword analysis, career recommendations and improvement suggestions are stored linked to your account.
IP address, browser type and usage logs, automatically collected for service security and performance monitoring.

We do not use your data for advertising, share it with third-party ad networks, or sell it.
Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and CV files are permanently deleted within 30 days. Data required by legal obligation may be retained for the period prescribed by applicable law.
Our service uses the following third-party infrastructure:
for AI analysis of CV content. CV data is transmitted for analysis purposes and is not used for model training.
for the optional Sign in with Google feature. Only name and email are obtained within the authentication scope.
for Pro plan payments, acting as merchant of record. Payment information is processed by Lemon Squeezy only; card numbers are not stored on our servers.
for transactional emails (welcome and password reset messages). Only your email address and name are shared for delivery purposes.
for anonymous usage analytics and session insights that help us improve the product. No CV content is shared with these services.
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the following rights:

To request information if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
